Founded in 2022 and established in 2024, The D.R.E.A.M. is San Antonio’s official street art & mural district, boasting the best in Urban Arts & Local Subculture Innovators. As an acronym for Dance, Recreation, Empowerment, Arts, and Music, the D.R.E.A.M. District is proud to showcase the LARGEST OUTDOOR GALLERY IN TEXAS™ by San Antonio Street Art as well as many other walls and art activations by local creatives, galleries, businesses, and collectives.
Our East Side parks support not only street art, but also breakdancing, cycling, basketball and skateboarding. Our bars and restaurants are led by the most inventive in local culinary talent and if you love music, look no further, The D.R.E.A.M. hosts a multitude of fantastic music venues, concerts, night life, dance, and other entertainment. Our “Follow the Pink Lights” campaign calls patrons to discover cool underground or unadvertised fun so be on the lookout. You never know what underground or “pink light specials” are around the hood.
